This is an effort to say thanks to my former boss Mr. Rajesh Gopinath , Director Target Innovations ,for giving me opportunities to learn
..
the major part came from my site visits
going alone to places i have never been to, with no reservation, with just a hope that the TC will make some 'Adjustment'; and yes its India they always make 'Adjustments'
some places where no sign of Hindi our so called national language exists like Vijayawada for example where even the bus name plate has designer words. only place i found English was on bus stand 'Toilets Gents' :D thank god for that
the experience of travelling around this magnificent varied country and getting a place to stay at those places sometimes around 2 3 in the morning .
Dealing with the site people with a way called Firmness is something i had never done before... i was too diplomatic.. that quality i didn't know i had .. to be firm that is . it means i will listen to you i will smile but for somethings i wont even move from my point of view.
i would like to put up the individual places and experiences later
the second opportunity was to learn by living alone and with a roommate
Two things i had never done before
these experiences really teach a lot .. let you know yourself better
Thank You Sir
